Bold Technologies Unveils the Expanded PBXEnterprise at ISC West 2014
Enhanced solution connects the Bold Media Gateway directly with the Avaya or CSS Aeonix
phone switch to provide greater efficiency.
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Bold Technologies, a leading provider of central station and PSIM
software, is excited to announce the launch of its enhanced PBXEnterprise solution during ISC West
2014. The PBXEnterprise is currently integrated with the Avaya phone system, and Bold offers an Avaya
Certified Solution. New this year, is the expansion of the PBXEnterprise as fully integrated with both the
Avaya and CSS Aeonix phone systems – two of the leading phone systems in the industry.
The PBXEnterprise is a component of the Bold MediaGateway. The Bold MediaGateway, allows
monitoring centers to provide services such as Two-way Voice with any phone switch, through the use of
a generic hardware solution. The PBXEnterprise directly integrates the power of the Bold MediaGateway
with the Avaya or CSS Aeonix phone system. This integration allows for higher-level feature sets such
as Dealer-based Caller ID Injection, Auto Dialing, Call Routing, and Automated Call Distribution.
PBXEnterprise provides customers with additional revenue opportunities, more control, and greater
efficiency. The integration opens new revenue doors for monitoring centers that can offer added services
such as Two-way Voice. In addition, the integration allows for enhanced control by linking calls and
alarms together for more efficient alarm handling.

to demonstrate the CSS Aeonix phone system.
