The Customer support center is monitored 24 hours a day. If a request is an after-hours emergency, please call the support number and follow the emergency prompts. The CSS answering service answers all after-hours emergencies, and the answering service immediately contacts the on-call technician.
CUSTOMARE CARE AGREEMENTS (CCA’s)
CSS offers a series of Customer Care Agreements, providing peace of mind to our clients and removing concerns about equipment failure, software updates, and replacement costs.
The Aeonix agreement provides 24/7/365 service and support, equipment replacement, and all software updates. The SecurVoice agreement provides for 8/5 M/F service and support and all software updates.
CSS offers receiver customer care agreements (CCA) on all Central Station Alarm Receivers’ makes and models. These customer care agreements include deployments, configuration assistance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and signal health assessment. For a low monthly fee, we will assist you in identifying signalling issues you may need to be made aware of and proactively address these before your customers suffer missed signals. Our support staff have real-world experience with this equipment, having worked in and around central stations for decades.
CSS is now a Cisco Small Business Specialized Select Integrator and understands that your network is vital in protecting your client data and information, keeping shared data secure and ensuring reliable access and network performance.
CSS is dedicated to ensuring a quick and successful implementation of all Aeonix and SecurVoice systems.
Both onsite and remote installations are options with any CSS contract. Onsite installation includes a certified project manager arriving at the client location to install the system and provide training.
The remote installation option allows the client to utilize in-house technicians while a CSS project manager assists with remote installation assistance and training.
